What Happens After You Hit Send
Most dispatch contact pages stop at the submit button. Here is the actual sequence, so you know whether to keep your phone on you.
Step 1
You send the form or call us
Step 2
A dispatcher calls you back
Step 3
15-minute callabout your operation
Step 4
Carrier packet
emailed to you
1. Your message reaches a dispatcher
Not a shared inbox and not a lead broker. The equipment type, fleet size and MC number you entered go with it, so nobody has to ask you twice.
2. A named dispatcher calls you
The call comes from (360) 203 5935 the same number printed on this page. Save it, so you know who is calling when it rings.
3. A fifteen-minute qualification call
Equipment, preferred lanes, how often you need to be home, and the rate per mile you have to hit. If we cannot beat what you are already making, we will say so.
4. The carrier packet is emailed
Dispatch agreement, W-9 request and insurance certificate request in one email. The long version of this process lives on the onboarding.
Have These Five Things Ready and We Can Move Same Day
You do not need any of this to call us. You do need all of it before a broker will tender you a load, so gathering it early is what turns a first phone call into a booked load in the same week.
What to have ready
Why it is needed
MC and USDOT numbers
Brokers verify your operating authority in FMCSA's public records before they will tender a load to you.
Certificate of insurance (COI)
49 CFR 387.9 sets a $750,000 federal minimum in public liability coverage for a for-hire carrier hauling non-hazardous property in a vehicle rated 10,001 lbs GVWR or more. Individual brokers frequently require higher limits plus cargo coverage.
Signed W-9
Every broker needs it to set you up as a payee. Missing W-9s are the single most common reason a carrier packet stalls.
BOC-3 process agent on file
FMCSA requires a designation of process agent to be filed before operating authority registration is granted (49 CFR Part 366). If yours lapsed, your authority can be deactivated.
Signed dispatch service agreement
Ours has no term commitment and no cancellation fee. Read it before you sign it — that advice applies to every dispatch company, not just this one.
What It Costs Before You Pick Up the Phone
You should not have to book a call to find out the price. There is no setup fee, no contract and no cancellation penalty, and you can switch between percentage and flat rate at any time.
Equipment
Percentage Flat rate Fee on a $4,000 load
Semi — dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, heavy haul
6% per load $250 / week $240
Box truck & hotshot
8% per load $350 / week $320
Where We Dispatch
We dispatch carriers across the 48 contiguous states USA and Canada. Because freight, rates and seasonality look completely different from one state to the next, we publish a page for each one covering the corridors that pay, the industries that ship, and which trailer types are in demand. Read yours before the first call and the conversation gets a lot more specific.
Call a Dispatcher Right Now
If your truck is empty today, the phone beats the form every time. One call, about fifteen minutes, no obligation and nothing to sign.
